Mezcalito is hands down one of the best Mexican restaurants you’ll experience in Clayton. Check out the Asian ACP The Ultimate Nachos are also a hit. The Chicken Rolls are pretty tasty as well. Great food, great staff and an awesome place to visit.

Gorgeous and delicious--this resto has it all. Really delicious churros--not the dry, cheap ones--with depth and umami in every bite. Save room for them. Great server, Ricardo, has a super genial smile.

Outstanding Service! Alberto was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we sat down, he made us feel welcomed and taken care of. He was friendly, attentive, and made great recommendations from the menu. Our drinks stayed full, the food came out perfect, and he checked on us just the right amount without being overbearing. You can tell he genuinely cares about his guests having a great experience. Highly recommend asking for Alberto if you visit you won’t be disappointed! THE BEST MEXICAN FOOD IVE EVER SEEN HAD!!!!

Great food and festive atmosphere! This is one of our top Mexican restaurants in the triangle. This trip we started with the chori queso and the fresh guacamole. I got the Asian ACP which reminded me of hibachi and had a generous amount of meat. My husband got the Fajitas Mezcalito which had generous portions. We enjoyed our meal and the service and will be back soon.

The outdoor seating area is very nice. Covered, heated, and screened in. Service was pretty good. The portions are hugh compared to cost. If you like your drinks BIG, check this place out. The food tasted amazing and there is alot of it.

Great authentic/tex mex food, and good service. Jose our waiter made sure we had everything we needed and was very attentive. The manager, Axel, also came by to make sure we were happy with the service and the food and was very friendly. 5 margs and 5 shots for their anniversary made it even better. Will definitely be back.

You really cannot beat the ambience of this place for a special Mother's Day meal. The restaurant was decorated beautifully! It was busy and hard to find parking, but we did not have to wait more than a few minutes for a table. The food was yummy with good portions. The salsa seemed like it was homemade.
